Annotations on charts can provide helpful supplemental information. You might use them to show the project name, objective, or date, to indicate phases or to spotlight certain items, or to include a reminder to yourself or a note to others.
You type annotations directly on a chart in an area not used by MacProject II—that is, anywhere but in a box, bar, or table.
